Dr. L. Shon Burch joined Resident Resources Network, Inc. as Executive Director in 2014. She has over 25 years of experience in developing, evaluating, and managing programs in educational and nonprofit settings, as well as a passion for serving the education, employment, and service needs of diverse populations of people. Prior to joining Resident Resources Network, Shon served as the co-principal of a consulting firm, Quality Performance, LLC, which specializes in evaluation, research, grant writing, and capacity-building for nonprofits, educational institutions, government agencies, and other organizations.
Shon has extensive nonprofit board experience, including Member of the Metropolitan YMCA Board, Chair of the Ward YMCA Advisory Board, President of the Ohio Program Evaluators’ Group, member of the Berwyn East Academy School Board, and member of the Nothing Into Something Real Estate (NISRE), Inc. Board of Directors. She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Education from Cleveland State University, a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Denison University.

Amy is a native of Columbus, Ohio where she graduated from Columbus Public Schools, and went on to graduate with her Bachelor’s degree from Capital University, where she studied Accounting and Political Science. Ms. Driscoll is currently the Chief Financial Officer at The Day Companies, a local real estate leasing and property management firm. Prior to her role at The Day Companies, Amy worked in public accounting for several years where she serviced a variety of industries with her business acumen and knowledge.
Over the years, Amy has gained knowledge in several industries, such as real estate, construction, medical, and professional services. The experience that she has and knowledge she’s obtained has led her to become a valuable asset to the organization and offer a unique perspective on ways to continually improve. Amy is known to be a strong problem solver and is always looking for the best way to improve any process she encounters.

Ramona Wheeler has been with Alvis since October 2005 and currently serves as managing director of social enterprises. In her capacity, she creates small businesses, for which agency clients may work to gain sustainable employment, and entrepreneurial skills and opportunities. She also serves as the Alvis PREA Coordinator, and has presented on the topic of preventing sexual victimization of offender populations on a national level. Prior to joining Alvis, Ramona worked as an independent Human Resources (HR) consultant for KAFF Systems, headquartered in Solon, Ohio. She also served in state government for 20 years, with statewide HR oversight as the deputy director of High Performance Workplace Services. Ramona is certified as a senior HR professional (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute; she is among the first on a global scale, to achieve the new HR credential as a senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society of Human Resources Management. Ramona has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix.

Bill Hinga is Senior Consultant of Business Development at Wallick. Bill is responsible for developing and expanding Wallick’s partnerships in the affordable housing industry to create a community for Wallick to work within. Hinga joined the company in July 2013. Previously he was Senior Managing Director of the Affordable Housing Group at Red Capital Group, and with its Tax Credit Equity Group. Hinga worked at Bank One in several positions, including President of its Community Development Corporation. He also has held positions at Prescott, Ball & Turben, Cranston Securities, Huntington National Bank and Bank of America. He earned his BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from The Ohio State University. Active in his profession, beyond the office, he is a past president of the Ohio Housing Council. A resident of Upper Arlington, Hinga volunteers at First Community Church. While not at the office he enjoys working out, golf, fly fishing and reading.

Mr. Roggenkamp has served as the Director of Real Estate at The New Albany Company since 2015. In that role he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s real estate portfolio, including land acquisition, legal and environmental entitlements, infrastructure development and land sales. He also serves on the company’s strategic long-term planning executive team.
Notable projects overseen by Mr. Roggenkamp include development of data center projects by Amazon Web Services, Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google, development of the Amgen and Pharmavite biopharmaceutical projects and, most recently, the $20B Intel semiconductor fabrication project.
Prior to joining The New Albany Company full-time Mr. Roggenkamp served as a consultant to the company for over 25 years focusing on land acquisition, land sales and long-range planning.
Mr. Roggenkamp received a BS in Secondary Education from Miami University and JD from The Ohio State University College of Law. He has served two terms as a Trustee of the New Albany Chamber of Commerce and has held volunteer positions at the Central Ohio YMCA and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Mr. Roggenkamp lives in Worthington with his wife Renee. They have two married adult daughters and one granddaughter, all living in the Columbus area.

Kamran is Vice President of the Transmission & Telecom Planning organization at American Electric Power (AEP). He has been employed by AEP since 2006.
Kamran holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Alabama, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University, and an MBA from Ohio University. Kamran is a registered professional engineer in state of Ohio.
Kamran also serves as a board of trustee of Central Ohio Association of Pakistani Americans..

Trustee
John joined the Board of Resident Resources Network in 2023. He is a licensed Minister, Ordained Deacon, and Men’s Ministry Leader at Rhema Christian Center in Columbus, Ohio. He brings 30 years residential lending experience, and currently serves as a VP Community Development Officer II at PNC Bank. In his role with PNC, John is responsible for the evaluation and delivery of PNC’s Philanthropic efforts in Central Ohio and surrounding counties as well as Minneapolis MN, Milwaukee WI, and West Virginia . Additionally, in partnership with community non-profits, he oversees and coordinates PNC’s Financial Education offerings to the communities that they serve. He previously served as Adjunct Professor in the Mortgage Education department at Hondros College. John attended Kent State University where he majored in Integrated Studies and Writing and minored in English and Pan-African Studies. John and his wife Ebonie have been married for 20+years and have 5 sons, Leonard, Terrence, Anthony, John and Gerald and live in Pickerington, Ohio.
