Terena Arnold is a workforce development and partnership professional with experience spanning from talent solutions, to program administration, community engagement, and strategic relationship building. She currently serves as the Manager of Talent Solutions at the Per Scholas Columbus campus, where she develops employer partnerships and supports pathways connecting technology talent to sustainable careers.
She brings a well-rounded approach to workforce development through mission focused service delivery, as a graduate of the Per Scholas Tech Women of Color program, and her prior role with Per Scholas as an Associate of Recruitment & Admissions. Her background includes leadership and community-focused work with organizations such as CelebrateOne, The Neighborhood House, Inc, and multiple roles with the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood. She is recognized for cultivating collaborative partnerships, engaging diverse stakeholders, connecting underserved communities to resources, and advancing initiatives that expand access, opportunity, and community impact.
