Maddie Lent joined Resident Resources Network in January 2023 as the organization’s first Quality Assurance Specialist, and in February 2025 she advanced to the role of Quality Assurance Manager. In her role, Maddie leads RRN’s efforts to strengthen program performance, improve data quality, and support consistent, mission-driven service delivery across the organization. Before joining RRN, Maddie worked within Columbus’s Housing Choice Voucher Program at CGI and completed a two-year field practicum with the Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio (COHHIO). During her time at COHHIO, she contributed to the development and enhancement of racial equity and homelessness training for service providers statewide, while also supporting policy analysis, research initiatives, and grant management focused on improving outcomes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Maddie is passionate about affordable housing, community advocacy, and advancing equitable systems. She is skilled in program evaluation, conflict resolution, and data management. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Maddie earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work and is a licensed social worker in the state of Ohio.
