Carrie Overly has served with Resident Resources Network since 2021 and leads the Remote Service Coordination team as Remote Service Coordinator Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Franklin University and an Associate degree in Human Services from Westmoreland County Community College and is certified in mental health support through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. With over 27 years of experience in human services, she is dedicated to advancing innovative virtual services that empower residents and strengthen communities.
Outside of work, Carrie is a proud mother of two who values quality time with her family and longtime partner, whether sharing a meal, enjoying beach days, or simply sitting outside together.
