Dave Cofer serves as the Managing Director of Community Development for All People (CD4AP), a position he was called to in mid-2011. CD4AP is a faith-based non-profit located on the South side of Columbus, OH. Prior to beginning his career in non-profit leadership, Dave enjoyed a career in the private sector and as an entrepreneur.

Dave Cofer serves as the Managing Director of Community Development for All People (CD4AP), a position he was called to in mid-2011. CD4AP is a faith-based non-profit located on the South side of Columbus, OH. Prior to beginning his career in non-profit leadership, Dave enjoyed a career in the private sector and as an entrepreneur. Following his undergraduate graduation, Dave would enjoy an employment relationship with Bank One and later JPMorgan Chase that extended 15 years beginning with 4 consecutive summer internships while a student at Miami University. In early 2008, Dave left JPMorgan Chase to pursue a career as an independent consultant with Cofer Consulting Solutions, LLC, a firm specializing in attracting, developing, and retaining young professionals. As its President/CEO, Dave was responsible for all aspects of the firm including business development, client engagement, solution delivery, and financial management.
From 2008 through 2011 Dave engaged hundreds of businesses, and organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada, assisting them with their efforts to improve organizational performance through the effective use of entry talent. Over the past 20 years Dave has been privileged to give of his time, talents, and treasures in roles of volunteer leadership and active engagement with organizations including Junior Achievement, The Breathing Association, Columbus City Schools’ Project Mentor, Meals on Wheels, INROADS, Boy Scouts of America, and his church, St. Patrick’s Episcopal, serving a 3-year Vestry team, leading the annual pledge campaign and serving on the Diocese of Southern Ohio Commission on Ministry. A native of Columbus, OH and proud graduate of Columbus City Schools, Dave currently resides in Worthington with his wife and two children.
