Amy Albery is Wallick Communities’ Senior Vice President of Asset Management. In this position Amy leads a team that oversees the Wallick assets to drive portfolio performance through revenue, utility, occupancy and cash management as well as provides for a procurement program from national vendors.
Prior to moving into Asset Management, Albery was Wallick-Hendy Development’s Director of Development. She joined Wallick in May 2011. Before joining Wallick, Amy was a principle at a title insurance company. During her 14 years at the title company, she was the primary person overseeing day-to-day operations as well as coordinating, reviewing and closing commercial, LIHTC and affordable housing transactions with multiple lenders, syndicators and developers. Amy has volunteered with and served as an officer with several real estate associations in the Central Ohio area; and served on the Board of Directors and as President of The Woodlands, a non-profit community resource in Newark, Ohio which, among many things, provides the battered women’s shelter in Licking County.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland University and was recognized with Ashland Universities’ Senior Honor Award.
